Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms apply when you access or use the Warehouse Ops Autopilot websites, free Warehouse Health Check, Detailed Warehouse Assessment & Action Plan, reports, tools, content or support services (together, the Services).
By using the Services, making a purchase or clicking an acceptance button, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a business or organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept them on its behalf. In these Terms, we, us and our mean Warehouse Ops Autopilot, ABN 61 236 274 005. Contact us at [email protected].
2. What the Services provide
Warehouse Ops Autopilot provides an operational warehouse assessment and improvement-planning tool for warehouses across Australia. The paid Detailed Warehouse Assessment & Action Plan helps identify operational strengths, weaknesses, priorities and practical improvement actions. It may include profile-driven questions, scores, findings, critical-control attention items, jurisdiction-specific operational verification content where available and applicable, and an action plan.
Jurisdiction-specific content is introduced and updated progressively for Australian States and Territories. Availability of a jurisdiction-specific module does not change the operational-support nature of the Services and does not constitute legal advice, certification or a guarantee of compliance.
Paid products may include the Detailed Warehouse Assessment, focused improvement plans, specialist reviews and downloadable manager toolkits. The price and inclusions displayed on the relevant purchase page and at Checkout apply. GST treatment, where applicable, will be stated on the relevant receipt or tax invoice.
3. Important scope limitation
The Services are an operational screening and improvement-planning tool only. They are not legal advice or a legal compliance audit; certification, accreditation or a guarantee of compliance; professional safety, dangerous-goods, engineering, employment, insurance, financial or regulatory advice; or a substitute for qualified professional advice.
You remain responsible for your warehouse, people, goods, equipment, systems, contracts and compliance with all laws, regulations, standards, licences, customer requirements and Chain of Responsibility obligations that apply to your business. You must independently verify any action before implementing it.
4. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, use the Services lawfully, keep your device and account information secure, and not use the Services to harm, disrupt, test, reverse engineer, copy, scrape, resell or gain unauthorised access to our systems or content.
You are responsible for decisions and actions based on the Services. Assessment outputs depend on information supplied, selected answers and your business circumstances.
5. Purchase, payment and access
Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. We do not collect or store your full card number or card security code. Following successful payment verification, we provide the access stated for the purchased product. One paid assessment purchase permits one submitted assessment unless we agree otherwise in writing. Downloadable toolkit purchases provide a secure download link for the period displayed on the purchase page.
Each downloadable toolkit purchase grants the purchasing business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the files internally within that one business. Toolkit files may be personalised or watermarked with the buyer email, order reference and purchase date. They must not be redistributed, forwarded outside the purchasing business, published, resold, sublicensed or offered as part of another product or service.
Browser storage and server-side records may be used for autosave, resume, payment verification and secure delivery.
6. Refunds, disputes and access revocation
Our refund decisions are made under these Terms and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or replaces rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, found unauthorised, or otherwise fails to remain valid, we may suspend or revoke the related assessment entitlement and prevent access to an unsubmitted assessment. A completed submitted-assessment record may be retained where reasonably necessary for records, legal obligations, dispute handling or system integrity.
For support or refund requests, see our Customer Support & Refund Standards or email [email protected] with your purchase email and payment details.
7. Intellectual property
We own, or hold rights to use, the Services and their content, including assessment questions, methodology, scoring, reports, designs, branding, text, software and other materials. Subject to these Terms and a valid purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased assessment, report or toolkit for your own internal business purposes. You must not copy, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit or create derivative products from the Services or content without our written permission.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Services available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. We may update, maintain, suspend, withdraw or change any part of the Services where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, technical or operational reasons.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive loss; loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data or goodwill; or loss arising from decisions or actions taken in reliance on the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to remedies required by law. Where permitted and the Services were paid for, our total liability for a claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may handle personal information as described there.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, a security risk, misuse, or a legal or regulatory requirement.
12. General
These Terms are governed by Queensland law. Queensland courts and courts entitled to hear appeals from them have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or removed to the extent necessary and remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on our website with its updated date. Changes apply from publication, subject to applicable law.
